Everything is here, so you never need to ask for the basics.
Kitchen
Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. Nespresso machine with capsules, and a tea box. Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. Oil, salt and pepper to start you off.
Bathroom
A walk in rainfall shower, hairdryer, towels and bed linen, organic shampoo, conditioner and body soap. All the water to the property is softened and filtered.
Bedroom
One double bed for two, room darkening blinds, extra pillows and blankets, a wardrobe, an iron, a clothes airer, a safe and a mosquito net.
Comfort
Split air conditioning and underfloor heating, plus portable fans and a portable heater. A 55 inch UHD smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV and Fire TV, board games and books.
Work
1GB internet verified by speed test, with an ethernet point and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair and a surge protector.
Outside
A private walled garden with an olive tree, outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a shared gas barbecue. A washing machine and detergent in the outbuilding, on request.

Check in and check out
Check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00. Ask us if you need something different, we are usually able to help. You are welcome to drop bags and use the parking before check in.
Getting in
A keypad on the studio door, so you let yourself in. We still like to meet you at the gate ourselves rather than leave a code and disappear.
Parking
One covered off street space on the property, free, plus free parking on the street. Tell us in advance if you are bringing a car.
House rules
Two guests maximum, and only the people on the booking. No smoking inside, no parties, and quiet between 21:00 and 09:00 out of respect for the neighbours. Sorry, no pets, some future guests are allergic.
Things to know
There is a small friendly dog on the property, Rocky. Exterior security cameras cover the front of the main house and the approach to the studio, never the studio itself or your garden.
Electricity
Spain limits household electricity supply, called potencia, and ours is rated at 3.5kW. Running the air conditioning and the underfloor heating together will trip it, so please use one or the other.
