Privacy policy

Studio Mi is run by May and Ian at the property in La Canyada, Valencia. We collect only what we need to arrange your stay: the name, email address and phone number you send us, the dates you ask about, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.

If you stay with us, Spanish law requires us to register each adult guest with the authorities, so at that point we also collect date of birth, nationality and an identity or passport number. That registration is a legal obligation and we cannot host you without it.

We use these details to arrange and run your stay, and for nothing else. We never sell them, and we pass them to nobody except the Spanish authorities where the law requires it. We keep them for as long as tax and tourist registration rules oblige us to, and then we delete them.

You can ask at any time to see what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have anything deleted that we are not legally obliged to keep. Write to us and we will do it.
